Recognizing the importance of addressing environmental issues, we are building a structured environmental management system to fulfill our responsibilities as a corporate citizen.

All members of our organization understand and support the need for environmental stewardship, and we continuously strive to integrate environmental considerations into our decision-making and operations.
As our business and operational sites expand, our electricity and water usage continue to increase annually. While structural reductions such as downsizing facilities are not feasible, we actively encourage energy-saving efforts through company-wide initiatives, including campaigns to reduce heating, cooling, and water consumption.

We ensure that all medical waste generated through our processes is safely and responsibly disposed of via certified waste management providers. Furthermore, our operations do not emit air pollutants or ozone-depleting substances.

To minimize the environmental impact of our activities and products throughout their life cycle, we avoid the use of hazardous substances wherever possible. We also actively promote the environmental and social principles of the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC) to our suppliers and business partners.

Lastly, we are fully committed to complying with all environmental laws and regulations in every country where we operate.

Our leadership continuously demonstrates a strong commitment to health and safety by setting an example and actively promoting a culture of safety. All employees and partner organizations share the values and goals of safety management and work together to implement them across the organization.

We strive to proactively identify, minimize, and eliminate hazards before any work begins, and are dedicated to creating and maintaining a safe and pleasant working environment through ongoing improvements.

To ensure a safe workplace, we regularly identify and address potential safety risks within our sites and conduct continuous inspections and follow-up actions to improve workplace safety and health conditions.

We are also committed to providing healthy working conditions and maintaining open communication with our employees, enabling us to identify practical solutions that strengthen workplace safety and protect employee well-being.

Human Rights Management

We are committed to respecting the human rights of all stakeholders across every aspect of our business operations and strive to uphold the principles of human rights management. We align our practices with international human rights frameworks, including the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR), UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGPs), OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises, UN Convention on the Rights of the Child, core conventions of the International Labour Organization (ILO), and the Corporate Human Rights Benchmark (CHRB). We also strictly comply with the labor and human rights laws and regulations of each country and region where we operate.

Our human rights policy encompasses a wide range of topics, including diversity and inclusion, health and safety, the prohibition of forced and child labor, ethics in supplier relationships, customer responsibility, community engagement, and grievance mechanisms.

To foster a healthy and respectful corporate culture, we provide regular human rights education. Through our internal groupware system, we facilitate transparent communication of organizational goals and directions across teams and departments, encouraging collaboration and building a culture of respect, empathy, and mutual trust.
